Loft21 is an interpretation of an American brasserie, restaurant and bar concept integrated into one of food culture, music, and cocktails.
The mood is festive, the food is comfort and cocktails are a complement to each individual course.
THE FOOD EXPERIENCE
The American brasserie concept originated in the 1980’s, and combines tastes from traditional American cooking with flavors and techniques from around the world, with a light focus on French practices. Essentially, it is elevated comfort food, which celebrates the use of fresh ingredients in a classic, yet exciting way.
All cocktails at loft21 are named after landmarks at gate-away cities around the east coast, west coast, and mid-west of the USA.
A tailor-fitted service concept where each course is being served individually and each table are coursed according to the guest orders.
